Grosvenor Shopping Centre, Chester

Undertook 50,000 sq ft redevelopment, creating new stores for TK Maxx and Sports Direct.

Redevelopment of former Habitat building, creating 4 new restaurant units, let to Chimichanga, Coast-to-Coast, Opera Bar and Grill and Las Iguanas. Development pre-funded and sold to Associated British Food Pension Trustees Fund.

Lettings and lease renewals progressing involving rent in excess of £1.5m pa during first half of 2017.

The Kennet Centre, Newbury

Letting to Gourmet Burger Kitchen completed on Market Place, unit opened April 17.

Planning consent secured for 27,000 sq ft A3 redevelopment in July 17, scheme being marketed.

Evaluation of strategic masterplan, including leisure and residential.

Kirkgate Shopping Centre, Bradford

A freehold enclosed shopping centre, extending to 350,000 sq ft, occupying an island site in the centre of Bradford. Anchored by Primark, the centre includes a 640 space car park. Footfall is circa 13 million visitors per year.

Repositioning the retail offer in the heart of Bradford following the opening of the Broadway Shopping Centre.

Dover

Strategic development partner to Dover Harbour Board on masterplanning and implementation of a commercial and mixed-use development, centred around Western Docks.

Masterplan nearing completion with early phases now being evaluated.

Windsor House, Chester

Conversion of existing office building into 112 bed hotel for Travelodge. Secured planning consent and being implemented.

The investment has been pre-sold and funded with Associated British Food Pension Trustees Fund.
